Christina completed her undergraduate degrees in Biology and Chemistry at the University of New Mexico. She then went to Medical School at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Paul L. Foster School of Medicine in El Paso.

She and her husband have tried to move to Lubbock three times and are excited they are finally able to! When asked what stood out to her about UMC’s Emergency Residency Program, Christina said: “This residency will bring board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians to underserved areas… who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?!”

Nick Quigley

Hometown: Lubbock, Texas

Nick attended Lubbock Christian University for his undergraduate career. He then went on to the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine in Dothan, Alabama. He and his wife are excited to return to Lubbock.

Prior to medical school, Nick had the opportunity to work as a scribe for physicians in the UMC Emergency Center. During his time here, our emergency physicians became role models for him. The prospect of getting to learn from them on a higher level is exciting for Nick!

Nick looks forward to serving in his home town in this way.
