This year marks the 13th year, UMC has participated in Extra Life’s National Game Day, which helps raise money for the UMC Children’s Hospital. This year so far, thanks to everyone who participated, we have raised just over $9,000 and will continue to raise money throughout the year!
Being the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) hospital of the region, UMC loves finding opportunities to get the community involved in helping to support the kids of our community. Extra Life is a fun and unique way to do this. The event was held the first week of November and featured a 24-hour video game marathon, and businesses coming together to throw game nights and events. All of the proceeds stay right here and help the UMC Children’s Hospital to continue to provide the most advanced care possible to children.
