At UMC, we know the wellbeing of our employees is just as important as the wellbeing of our patients. That’s why we offer you the UMC Wellness Program.
No, you don’t have to exercise if you join… that’s only one facet of wellness. The UMC Wellness Program helps you create good health beyond the foods you eat or the number of steps you walk each day. In order to truly thrive in both our personal and professional lives, we need to embrace all elements of wellbeing: career, social, financial, physical and community. For this reason, you can find a wide-range of wellness challenges to participate in—from each of these categories. You can participate in challenges that range from drinking more water to making your bed or reading a book every day for a month.
Complete these challenges to earn points. Anyone who earns 600+ points wins a prize at the end of the year, and there are opportunities for quarterly prizes, too.
Last year, we had more employees participate in the Wellness Program than ever, and we want to keep that momentum going!
Registration for the Wellness Program can be done from any computer by visiting umc.wellright.com, or from the UMC Intranet. Or it can be done from your smartphone by downloading the WellRight app.
