Mark your calendars, Employee Benefits Open Enrollment begins on November 1 and closes on November 30!
Open Enrollment is a time where UMC updates our employees about any changes in rates, benefits, etc. Employees then have the chance to update their benefits accordingly. This year, Open Enrollment will be available on Workday, which means changes can be made from a phone or computer at home.
If access to a computer or a mobile phone is a challenge, UMC HR will have laptops available and provide assistance. These will be located in the Human Resources in-processing Room, MOP I, Suite B70. The Open Enrollment Assistance Sessions scheduled are below:
- Nov 1, 11AM- 1PM
- Nov 3, 7AM – 9 AM
- Nov 5, 3PM – 4:30PM
- Nov 9, 7AM – 9 AM
- Nov 11, 10PM – Midnight
- Nov 15, 3PM – 4:30PM
- Nov 17, 7AM – 9 AM & 3PM – 4:30PM
- Nov 19, 11AM – 1PM
- Nov 22, 3PM – 4:30PM
- Nov 24, 7AM – 9 AM
- Nov 29, 10PM – Midnight
- Nov 30, 3PM – 4:30PM
