The PHIL Award ® is a program we are implementing to honor our incredible Respiratory Therapists. Much like our DAISY award for nurses, the PHIL award will be based off of YOUR nominations of respiratory therapists who are going above and beyond in their patient care.
In addition to being known throughout the country as ‘the best of the best in respiratory care’, PHIL Award® recipients will receive the Appreciation Sculpture, as well as paid tuition to their state’s annual professional conference.
The PHIL Award® is the FACES Foundation’s signature program. It is the only nationally recognized hospital-based recognition program dedicated to honoring Respiratory Therapists. We will select our first recipient in October, but nominations are open now! Simply fill out the form here.
