"A patient's wife called saying her husband was ill and would not be able to make his appointment for his labs (he is a regular patient with a debilitating condition). The wife asked if someone from UMC could come draw his blood so his physician would have an update on his condition. Leiana did not hesitate to gather her supplies and head over; she ended up making two trips to make sure the physician received the results he needed. We are proud of her dedication to our patients!"
