Dr. Robert Simek serves as UMC’s Pediatric Gastroenterologist. He specializes in preventing, diagnosing and treating conditions related to the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. This includes the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines, pancreas and liver.

Dr. Simek provides full-service general gastroenterology care for your little ones, from premature babies to late-adolescents. This includes nutrition and hepatology (diseases that affect the pancreas and liver),as well. He enjoys working with children each day and helping parents care for them, too.
