Shawanna does a great job of researching control groups that are out of balance. She will pinpoint the area or account we need to review in order to resolve our balancing issue. This is a tremendous help, especially in the control groups with MULTIPLE charges in them. Thank you Shawanna for being a team player and setting us up for success!!!
