EpicCare Link is a web-based portal that gives community providers and partners secure access to manage referrals, access patient information, place orders, and coordinate care.

EpicCare Link Features

Based on your role, with EpicCare Link you’ll be able to:

  • Place and manage referrals
  • Review full patient charts
  • Order labs and imaging procedures
  • Communicate directly with our new providers and staff via Epic’s InBasket messaging
  • Receive real-time notifications for patient events (such as admission and discharge)
  • Submit ROI Requests
  • Employee Assistance Program

Requesting Access

If you are already affiliated with an EpicCare Link site, please contact your administrator to have a new user account created.

If you are interested in becoming an EpicCare Link Site, start by submitting a New Site Request [NEED LINK TO NEW SITE REQUEST]. By submitting your request, you agree to the EpicCare Link Site Agreement. [NEED LINK TO SITE AGREEMENT]

As part of the new site request, you must request at least one user account to be the site administrator. The site administrator will request and manage new user accounts and passwords.

Additional users for a site may be requested as part of the new site request process or in EpicCare Link once access to the system has been granted.
