Curtis is such an amazing person! He never complains when we call him regarding referral status or when we call asking for his help putting in orders. Curtis is a kind, generous, hard-working person while always having a smile on his face. I don’t know what I would do without him. He is a huge part of our department, and I am so grateful to have a co-worker and team player like him. Thank you for everything you do for our patients and for our team. 

Kayla is so hard working, patient, caring and genuine with patients and coworkers. She makes me want to be a better employee!  Kayla is efficient, professional, and helpful regarding COVID testing. She is very knowledgeable and always friendly!

Melanie is an Amazing manager! She is always helping everyone out and is constantly asking if we need anything. She does whatever is needed to make our clinic successful, and she works late and comes in on her days off. Plus, she Always has a Smile! She is the best manager I have ever had!

Tina is an amazing nurse and has adapted well during COVID-19. She stepped up while our nurse coordinator has been out and does a good job caring for patients. No matter the situation, she is ready and willing to help out.  Freedom Clinic is honored to have her as our nurse! She is truly an exceptional employee!

Mary is very sweet and she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took time out of her day, to call me to let me know my prescriptions were at the front desk. She is a Rockstar!! 

Rocio is a wonderful part of our SWGI team! She recently dropped everything she was doing to help a Spanish speaking patient, who was without family, find his way to the lab. She also called his ride after his visit. Rocio always goes above and beyond for our patients, and we are lucky to have her!

Mickey is completely selfless and puts the clinic needs first. Over the past month, we have experienced some really tough times, being short staffed. Mickey has gone above and beyond to make sure that everyone in the clinic is taken care of, offering her help wherever she can, and doing all of this with a smile. Mickey demonstrates the values of this company daily and I’m very grateful for her service to our community and her teamwork in our clinic.

Amber saw me struggling with my 3 kids and graciously helped me wrangle them and get an exam room quickly. We were all tired and sick—turned out the kids had strep/flu–so she gave us water as well. Thank you for all your kindness! 

Martha understands the value of ensuring staff is trained and prepared to perform their assigned tasks. I appreciate Martha investing in the future of the new staff member as well as UMCP RCM training. – Co-worker

Going above and beyond is an understatement when working with Sheridan. The compassion and love she showed for her job and for each patient that walked through Milwaukee’s doors is AMAZING. Sheridan went out of her way for each patient that we saw on Friday night. She made sure that each patient was taken care of and that they were not unconformable from the time they walked in, the time they were in their room, all the way up until check out. She is truly an awesome person and UMCP most definitely needs MORE Sheridans around! I was in awe the whole time I filled in for this clinic. The amount of kindness that filled that clinic was AWESOME. – Employee

We had an employee call in at 5 to see if someone would be there if she came by with some benefit questions. We said yes. Maricela stayed until 5:35 and was just leaving when the employee showed up. She stayed and answered all the employee’s questions. When we walked out at 5:50 I realized Maricela’s husband had been sitting in the car in the parking lot since 5 because they drive from Plainview. It was above and beyond to stay (and make her husband wait) while she served a UMCP employee! – Co-worker

I just want to start by saying Cynthia is a GREAT person and GREAT teacher in our department. I’m new to the team and company. It’s been all new to me and Cynthia has taken her time to show me exactly how things are to be done. And even though I make mistakes due to being new, she always makes it fun. She explains things so I can understand it a little better. Cynthia is very knowledgeable and quick in this department while taking on everything else that goes with our job.  She has gone the extra mile to make me feel part of the team in such a short time. And I just want to give thanks to her by recognizing all that she does for me and our team.  – Co-worker
