Community Health Needs Assessment

UMC Health System completed a comprehensive community health needs assessment (CHNA) which included all communities surrounding the system’s hospital and clinics. The goals of this assessment was to identify and evaluate health-related needs in the communities UMC serves and to use this information to fulfill our mission.
