Employee of the Month
Dalton Wren, Paramedic
UMC EMS
Dalton ran a call where an intoxicated woman was taken away by law enforcement, and her 6-year-old son was still on scene with nowhere to go. The child hadn’t eaten all day, so Dalton took him to Chick-Fil-A, bought him a meal, and hung out with him until CPS arrived. Dalton went above and beyond his responsibilities as a UMC Paramedic, and showed that service is truly his passion.

Attending of the Month
Mark Reedy, MD
Texas Tech Physicians, Gynecologic Oncology
One month ago, my wife was diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer. Dr. Mark Reedy immediately prepared us and arranged for my wife to be admitted, and within 24 hours she underwent extensive surgery to try and address her situation. Dr. Reedy has been there for us, and we cannot thank him and the nursing staff enough!

UMC Family Medicine at LakeRidge
In my recent trip to the Urgent Care Center, I am truly grateful that Ron Caporale was on duty. He was efficient in diagnosing the problem, while also providing a solution. This was definitely the best visit I have ever had at a clinic. Thank you, Ron, for all your help and compassion!
