Monthly Ambassador Spotlight: MICU Badge Clip Fundraiser
Since 2016, the UMC Medical ICU (MICU) has raised funds to purchase Christmas gifts for patients on the unit on Christmas Day, to allow patients to still feel some Christmas spirit despite being in the hospital.
UMC Offers Valet Parking for Patients and Visitors
Start spreading the news: UMC now offers valet parking for patients and visitors.
UMC has partnered with Premier Parking to provide this new amenity. The cost of valet parking at UMC is $5; valet service for vehicles with a handicap placard or license plate is free of charge. Cash or credit is accepted.

2020 Strategic Plan
Over 80 applications were received as we kick off this mentoring opportunity. UMC partnered with South Plains College for Medical Terminology classes; and we started offering educational reimbursement outside of nursing for some difficult to recruit specialties.
